Faster than light neutrino Mystery Might be Solved

 

The reason why CERN and OPERA recoded faster than light neutrinos may have been found. It turns out a cable between a GPS receiver and the computer that recorded the rime was malfunctioning causing 60 nanosecond delay in the signal, making the neutrinos seem to arrive 60 nanoseconds sooner than they did.

[GSMNL] Richard Dawkins admits that God Might Exist

The high priest of Atheism Richard Dawkins has admitted that might exist after all. It is mainly a case that Dawkins is not 100% certain that He does not exist but coming from Dawkins it almost qualifies as a testimony of faith.

 

Dawkins thinks it highly unlikely that God exists but not that it’s defined that He does not. I wonder how he calculated those odds.

The first ever intermediate-mass black hole has been discovered by the Hubble Space Telescope. This Black hole is 290,000,000 light-years on the edge of the galaxy ESO 243-49. Doubted HLX-1 and has a mass of aproximetly 20,000 solar masses.

Confermation of a relativly near by planet with more water than the Earth.
Astronomers using the Hubble space telescope have confirmed that a large portion the exoplanet GJ 1214b is water. This was done because they caught the planet while moving between us and its star. This allowed them to make measurements of the planets atmosphere. These measurements showed that GJ 1214b has a dense atmosphere water vapor. The planet probably has more water than Earth consisting largely of what is called hot ice or superfluid water which results from extremely high temperatures and pressures. As interesting as this discovery is, it is too early to get existed about the possibilities of E.T. because the planet is too warm for life.

[GSMNL] Double Slit Experiment

 

I have posted material on the quantum mechanics Double Slit Experiment on my two sites and youtube. This is among the strangest experiments in all of physics. The results of this experiment show that matter only behaves like material objects when being observed other wise it exists only as waves of possibilities.  

 

This is actually a total falsification of materialism because the so called material world is immaterial at most fundamental level. Also it is totally consistent with God as the creator  of the universes because the universe’s’ existence would have come from His thoughts.

Double Slit Experiment in Quantum Physics

The double slit experiment is one of the most famous experiments in physics and it is definitely the most infamous. This experiment shooting light or other subatomic particles such electrons a screen with two slits and that it where things get strange. 

When the double slit experiment is done with pure waves it produces an interference pattern. On the other hand pure particles like bullets would tend to produce two lines behind the slits. However subatomic particles like photons and electrons produce a wave like interference pattern, even when shot one at a time.  It is as though each particle goes through both slits at the same time.

To make things even stranger dose not stop there because when detectors are put in place to see which slit each particle actually goes through their behavior changes producing only the two lines like bullets would.

Even stranger when the detectors are on but no data is recorded the result is the wave like interference pattern. Suggesting that it is the conscience act of observing that actually changes the result.

Such a result is consistent with the Biblical view of God as creator. From a Biblical view point the universe would have resulted from God’s consciousness and so it should not be much of a surprise that we would find such a result.

CERN’s measurements of neutrinos traveling faster than the speed of light immediately started speculation that it showed a problem with Special Relativity. However this speculation is exaggerated.since not being able to travel at or faster than the speed of light only applies to particles with a real non zero rest mass. A particle like a photon that has a zero rest mass travels at the speed of light. Particles that travel faster than light have been speculated for years under the name tachyons. Tachyons would have a negative imaginary rest mass giving it a real non zero mass at speeds above the speed of light. It would however be incapable of being
decelerated to the speed of light below it.

Interstellar Boundary Explorer is in Earthorbits at a round 200, 0000 miles and is studying the edge the solar system. IBEX has made some interesting discoveries about the make up of interstellar gases. One of the biggest surprises is that there is less oxygen interstellar gases as compared to other gases like neon than in the solar system. The reason why this is the case is still a puzzle but it is consistent with creation science idea that the Earth and Solar System are special.
